Store Policies Retail Ordering Information

Online sales for Elisa's Backporch Design are handled through Quilters Warehouse. They carry all of my products and they have an established Shipping Policy and you will find them easy to work with. They serve as our internet sales agent to process orders & secure credit cards.


Wholesale Ordering

• If you are a retail shop that would like to carry these products in your store you can email or call for an order form.
• You must be a qualified retail establishment. Credentials may be requested.
• At this time online ordering is not available for wholesale orders.
• Please call in, fax or e-mail your qualifying credentials.
• Qualifying credentials include one or more of the following; State Tax ID#, copy of letterhead, newsletter from your shop.
• You can also order from any of the distributors listed below.

Returns

• We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unhappy you may return an item within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us first for an authorization.
• Unfortunately books and patterns are not returnable due to copyright rules. Products must be unopened and in new condition.
• Shipping fees are not refundable unless an item was shipped incorrectly due to our error.
• In the event of a returned check there will be a charge of $35. If ordering by check, please allow an extra week to receive your order. We wait for the check to clear before shipping your order.
• All items returned must be in salable condition.
• Sorry but no refunds after 30 days.

Corrections

7" Crazy Curves Template
If using the 3 1/2" template it says "You will get 40 of the 3 1/2" (unfinished size) blocks. It should read 3 1/2" finished size.

Timeless Stars
The paper template included in the first shipment of patterns is the wrong size. The paper pattern says 4 1/2" finished size. It should be 5" unfinished and 4 1/2" finished. If you received one of the first patterns you can email for an updated version of the master foundation. Anything ordered on this site will have the correct version.

Fan Dance
The foundation pattern was revised on 11/17/08. If you have a pattern that was printed before that time please email for an updated master sheet.
